Voucher information

Passengers may apply for a voucher depending on the ticket they hold in order to redeem it on a future flight or on additional flight services using the promocode they will receive with an e-mail.

Gift Voucher is provided only for tickets issued with a Gift Card. Terms & Conditions
By applying for a voucher the entire booking including all flights and services within it will be cancelled.
Book a flight with a Voucher
Add Additional flight services to an existing booking
Terms & Conditions and the value of the voucher will be in accordance with the provisions of the Fare Rules.
In the event of the flight is canceled due to an external factor such as extreme weather conditions or a strike, the additional 10% bonus does not apply.
